This trip originally started being planned at the beginning of the year for a week long beach trip. Then my sister a couple months before got engaged and planned her wedding to be right before the trip. That way we'd only need one trip to Las Vegas, and it was only a week and a half long. However, less than 2 months before the trip the house we had scheduled to rent out called. They cancelled it because they were selling the house. Grrr. By now all the affordable places by the beaches were already full. Bruce however had a connection come through that we could rent a beach-townhouse...but a week later. We said yes, but now our trip was 2 3/4 weeks long, and we'd get back 2 days before school starts.
Here starts our super fun trip!

For my sister's wedding she asked me to be in charge of decorating the walls. We perused the internet for ideas, sketched so we were on the same page, and then executed. I did have some help making the flowers, but I made about half of them by myself, and the more intricate ones were all mine.

My brother and his family were in town too, but I didn't get any pictures of them. It was fun to meet their new cute baby, Johnathan and the kids loved playing with Jane.
