Spring Break Trip - The Wedding

You know what this means...trip time!!

We drove to our favorite place (Las Vegas) Thursday night.  Friday was getting ready for a wedding the next day and chilling.  Some of the children's clothes were bought for them, so we had a dress rehearsal to make sure they fit well (and had brought everything).

Apparently this is the only good picture I got of her cute dress Suzanne had found.  I found some gold shoes to match it.

 

 

 

 

 Amazingly Ellie also warmed up quickly to people.  Well, except Audrey for some unknown reason.

Saturday was Jake's wedding!

 First was their sealing at the Las Vegas Temple.

 Little Jakey, the baby of the family is all married now.

So happy for this beautiful couple!

 There was a family luncheon after, which was a fun place just to sit and visit.  The reception was held at Suzanne's family's house later that evening.  It had been hot (~95 degrees) during the day, but at the reception it was perfect.  We chilled on the dance floor because the dancing hadn't started yet, and it was the only place that wasn't crowded.

He loved the dessert bar, and scarfed the tiny cupcakes

His friend from Audrey's wedding was there again, and they had a blast playing chase

Ellie had a couple tantrums, then knocked out

 Dexter had told us he was "just a little tired." Which we took as our hint to leave the party early around 9 pm (or 10 the kid's time).  This little boy was just a lump while we carried him in from the car and changed him.
