For Veteran's weekend, we had more visitors. This time the Hansen's came up to visit and again the weather impressed us. When originally planning, Bruce had asked if he'd be able to play tennis. We had no clue. Weather could be fair, to windy and chilly, to snow. Never know what to expect.
On Veteran's day we took a picnic in the park. With our small town there even was a tribute and dedication of a memorial while we were there. The kids played on the playground, and then went to help Dad and PopPop play tennis.

The next day we took them to an indoor swim place that we had heard was fun. It was so fun. There was a playground in a wading area. Three water slides, a really fast river, and then a few other fun things. It was so helpful having 4 adults and 3 kids. Flynn is crazy with water and loves dipping his face in (which is good he won't be afraid of water like Dexter), but sometimes its for a little longer than I'd like. He requires quite the vigilance.
Kyle and I snuck in a date. We tried out a new cuisine, Korean, and went to a movie.
Their visit ended all too quickly, but they did come to church with us.
